We are looking for Technicians/Setters at Emballator in Vittsjö

At Emballator's production facility in Vittsjö, we are looking for someone who is curious and willing to learn, meticulous, and has a technical understanding with a service-oriented mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As Emballator is a small unit, flexibility is important, and being able to help where needed.
You will have a varied job where you work with setting, troubleshooting for both the injection molding process and automation. You will also perform simple preventive maintenance and repairs of our equipment. Repairs and major maintenance of our molds are handled by our unit in Ljungby.
Since we are only 14 people in our unit, you may also step in as a Machine Operator, which involves material handling, quality control, and packing.
You will be an important part of supporting and guiding other colleagues to increase their competence in handling everyday problems.
Currently, there are two more Technicians/Setters in the Vittsjö facility.

PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed in this position, we believe that you have previous experience with similar tasks and have experience in mechanics, automation, and pneumatics. Troubleshooting and problemsolving are seen as part of your daily tasks.
You should be a social person who is good at collaborating with other colleagues and contributes to a positive work environment. The role also involves supporting other colleagues, where service and social skills determine success.
You take responsibility for your tasks and independently ensure that they are carried out meticulously and efficiently.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The position as a Technician/Setter with us is a full-time consulting assignment. You will be employed by Eterni Sweden AB and work as a consultant at our client Emballator. During the training period, working hours are during the day but will then transition to a permanent afternoon shift.
